Wedding Venue Rental

Your wedding rental includes access to Mountain Ridge Venue’s ceremony and reception spaces, with the flexibility to bring together a celebration that feels like your own.

Ceremony Spaces

Choose from two beautiful outdoor ceremony locations, giving you options for the setting and style of your ceremony.

Reception Space Includes:

  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
  • Black or white tablecloths with a variety of colored runners
  • Prep kitchen for caterers
  • Covered patio and upper terrace for cocktail hour and outdoor entertaining
  • Fully climate-controlled indoor space
  • Indoor restrooms
  • Dedicated space and electrical access for DJs
  • Access to yard games and outdoor fireplaces

Friday Weddings: Add the prior day of venue use for $1,000. A changeover option is not available with prior-day access.

Micro Weddings

An Intimate Celebration for Up to 30 Guests

Includes

  • 6 hours of venue access, beginning anytime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
  • Access to the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge
  • Use of our outdoor ceremony space
  • Indoor ceremony space in the event of inclement weather
  • Access to our outdoor areas for wedding-day photography
  • Charcuterie board for up to 30 guests
  • Soft drinks and water for up to 30 guests, including cups, small plates and ice
  • Wedding cake, including disposable small plates and forks
  • Up to 30 guests, including the bridal party

$2,500 for Up to 30 Guests

Additional Guests

Add up to 20 additional guests for $50 per person, with a maximum total of 50 guests.

Availability

Micro Weddings are available on select Mondays through Thursdays from March through October. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dates may be available 90 days in advance.

Bring Your Own Officiant & Photographer

Bring your own officiant to make your ceremony personal and your photographer to capture the day. Photography and officiant services are not included, but we're happy to recommend photographers if needed.

Please Note: Access to the indoor reception space is not included with the Micro Wedding package unless it is required for the ceremony because of inclement weather. In that event, the ceremony will take place in front of the fireplace and a room flip will not be provided.

On-Site Lodging

Kendrick Cottage – $500 per night

Extend your stay right here at Mountain Ridge Venue. Kendrick Cottage has been thoughtfully outfitted to accommodate up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room to relax, gather and get ready for the celebration.

 

Kendrick Cottage includes:

  • First-floor primary suite with king bed and in-suite bathroom
  • Two twin-over-full bunk beds upstairs
  • Two full bathrooms
  • Spacious entertaining and living area
  • Gas fireplace
  • Full kitchen
  • Laundry facilities
  • Covered porch with seating
  • Beautiful property views and frequent wildlife sightings
