What wedding types do you host?
We host traditional weddings, elopements, micro-weddings, and vow renewals.
Do you host religious ceremonies and non-religious ceremonies?
Yes. We welcome both religious and non-religious ceremonies, and we support a wide range of traditions.
How many hours do I get for my event?
Our couples have access to Mountain Ridge Venue between 9:00 am – 11:00 pm. All events must end by 10:00 pm, and goodbyes and cleanup must be finished by 11:00 pm. We provide 5 hours for event time. For example, if your wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, then it will end at 9:00 pm. If your ceremony begins at noon, it will end at 5:00 pm.
Can we keep the day simple and short?
Yes. Many couples plan a shorter timeline for elopements, micro-weddings, and vow renewals.
Do you have a rain plan for outdoor ceremonies?
Yes. An indoor ceremony option is available if the weather changes, and covered options may also be available.
Is day-of coordination included for all wedding types?
Day-of coordination is included, and our team oversees the on-site timeline and logistics.
Do you offer on-site lodging?
Yes! Kendrick Cottage has been lovingly outfitted to host up to 8 gusts who are using Mountain Ridge Venue.
Can I choose my own vendors?
Yes! You can bring in any of your own vendors. We do ask that all caterers are licensed and insured, and sign our catering agreement. We have partnered with Coordinators that can provide you with a list of reputable vendors.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
To ensure that we can be available to answer your questions and show you all of the beautiful details that Mountain Ridge Venue has to offer, tours are by appointment only can be requested.
How do I secure my date?
Once you have taken a tour, signed the contract, and paid your initial deposit, you are officially booked and will be notified by email with a confirmation.
Are there any other costs to anticipate from the venue?
Our transparent pricing will help you rest assured that there will be no surprise costs or fees. Please be aware that all events hosted at Mountain Ridge Venue will be required to purchase a wedding day insurance package (approximate investment: $125).
